Shipping

Shipping is available in the continental United States at a flat rate of $10 per order and free shipping for orders over $200. 

Heavy or large items may be subject to additional shipping fees.

We ship via UPS and FedEx.

Shipped orders typically arrive in 5 to 9 days. Expedited shipping is not available.

Revelry Toys is not responsible for late or missing orders due to carrier error, nor for customer errors when inputting the shipping address. Please contact us ASAP at [email protected] if you notice an address error.

Returns

We want you to love your order! If you are unhappy for any reason, please contact us at hello@revelrytoys.com and we will do everything we can to make it right. Returns with a receipt are welcome with the following exceptions:

We cannot accept returns on plush, stuffed animals, and wearable Dress Up items for hygienic reasons. Exceptions will be made on a case by case basis for item defects, quality control, and/or manufacturing damage.

All sale items are final sales; no returns accepted. "Sale" items are any item that has been discounted for any reason.

Returns are processed via the same method as the original payment. Store credit will be issued in the case that the original payment method is no longer valid, as in the case of an expired credit card.

Store credit does not expire.

Items awarded through the Treasure Rewards program can not be returned.

If a record of sale cannot be established through a receipt, the refund may be denied.
