This is PlayTab's Sensory Set 3. It includes 3 tiles for your Playtab board: a tile featuring swirly dots, one featuring a flippy bit, and another that includes a rotary dial.

Each tile is magnetic and sits snugly in the PlayTab or connects to any magnetic surface.
